This is one ofthe gigws were the mods were all driving past the door when we were going in,and shouting stuff at us to try and get a fight going. I think this was the gig where my maye happend to jump up in the air and let out a large gob which hit one of those thug bouncers right in the kipper! Oh dear. Need les to say he was grabbed and bundled out the side door right away, so i think he missed The League at least, if not others. He spent the rest of the night running around the town centre to get away from them. I didnt know he had been thrown out til i met him outside later,,and he was absolutely freezing and out of breath. never got caught though,, so it shows ye how useless those feckin scoooters atually were eh? Those were the days eh? heheheheheh! [reply]   Re:Gathering of the Clans - darry struthers - 12/02/2004 14:32:56 GMT i remember going to this gig too along with a few mates and the altercation you mentioned with the mods. the other bands that played that night were vice squad (definately) and i think chron gen were the opening act (although i wouldn't swear on it). all in all another good night.
