This is the place where we will post your stories about the Green's Playhouse, The Glasgow Apollo and Satelitte City (The Wee Apollo). As it develops we will break the stories up into sections such as Myths, Gigs I missed, Meeting the Bands, Where are they now etc. No story too trivial and we will only edit out bad language!

| I RECALL GETTING OFF THE TRAIN IN GLASGOW JUST TO HIT A FEW PUB'S & disco that
night. walk by a record store {i think} and adam& the ants was doing a meet& greet,we
all looked at each othere just lauged poof,poof,poof was all we could say.they played
the apollo that night,hell no we did not go.

| Unlike the first guy i was fortunate to see the ANTS on all their appearances at the
Apollo. The 24/3/81 gig was in my opinion the best as it was the Kings era. The
set was amazing & full of energy with their tribal dual drumming show. Its a pity Mr
smith decided to go to the pub or he would have witnessed one of the great bands at
their best.

| mr.hanlon i'm happy to know that you & your m8's had a great time with adam & the
ants. as well as i did in glasgow that night, 2 nigths later we rocked out to UFO &
girl & sammy hager a few nights later.the great apollo was the place to be for real
rock as well as poof crap like adam & the ants.
