This is the place where we will post your stories about the Green's Playhouse, The Glasgow Apollo and Satelitte City (The Wee Apollo). As it develops we will break the stories up into sections such as Myths, Gigs I missed, Meeting the Bands, Where are they now etc. No story too trivial and we will only edit out bad language!
New Forum structure on Apollomemories soon.

| Myself and a couple of friends attended the Humble Pie/Framptons Camel gig and among
the many many I have attended( Roxy Music April 73 at Greens also memorable)this was
the absolute limit, the best,Marriott the inimitable. The set was recorded and three
tracks included on the final side of the Eat It album,I let out a mighty cry of 'Rock
On' just before the band was announced and it is there, recorded for posterity. That
will do for a claim to fame for me!Hey,all this was nearly 35 years ago and the one
friend of the two I went with and am still in touch with rant on to any who will
listen to this day about being there at that fantastic show, any one who is reading
this will be happy for me to sign off with a great big Rock On!!
