This is the place where we will post your stories about the Green's Playhouse, The Glasgow Apollo and Satelitte City (The Wee Apollo). As it develops we will break the stories up into sections such as Myths, Gigs I missed, Meeting the Bands, Where are they now etc. No story too trivial and we will only edit out bad language!
New Forum structure on Apollomemories soon.

| I know they came from the Republic of Ireland, but don't know another thing about
them. Could they have transformed themselves into Horselips? Does anyone
know?

| I'm answering my own question. Several Irish websites tell that the Eire
Apparent came from Portadown, had Chas Chandler as their manager, and made an album
which was produced by Hendrix and on which he playe, possibly 'Sunset,' which is now
a collectors item. They may have made one other album. Henry McCulloch was in
the band at one point and some of the band members went to the Pretty Things. they
didn't become Horselips!
